Young Adult Open Gym Volleyball
Meets: Sundays at 6:00 pm in the St. Vincent de Paul school gym, 14330 Eagle Run Drive, Omaha. (Please email to confirm that we are on for the week; see below.)

Ultimate Frisbee
Meets: weekly spring-summer-fall at the neighborhood park north of 123rd & Blondo and at Halleck Park at 84th and Lincoln in Papillion
Activity: Play pick-up games of Ultimate Frisbee in a high-energy, noncompetitive manner. First-timers welcome! Bring two shirts for team identification: one white and one dark. Babies and toddlers are welcome to play on the sideline if one parent is watching them.

Study Groups

Lord of the Rings Book Study
Meets: Third Sunday of the month at 10:45 am (following 9:30 am Mass) at St. Peter's (2706 Leavenworth, Omaha) in the Upper Room of McMahon Hall (just east of the church). Contact us to verify date and time (see below).
Activity: Discuss this epic trilogy with other young adults. Read the designated portion of the book ahead, and bring your thoughts and questions (contact us for the assignment for each month). On some Sundays, you will also be able to pick up some pancakes from the Knights of Columbus pancake breakfast on the first floor before joining us at the book study upstairs!

Communion and Liberation: School of Community
Meets: Wednesdays from 8-9 pm, at a parish school. Note* day/time subject to change. Contact us (see below) for location and to verify day/time.
Activity: CL is an ecclesial movement whose purpose is the education to Christian maturity of its adherents and collaboration in the mission of the Church in all the spheres of contemporary life. School of Community is an opportunity to read the text proposed by the movement (usually from the teachings of the Church or Fr. Guissani's writings), and to verify the Christian fact in one's experience.

Activity: Men's study - Sign Posts: How to be a Catholic Man in the World Today. Women's study - Chosen and Cherished, a study based on Proverbs 31 by Kimberly Hahn.

Prayer Opportunities

Compline (Night Prayer)
Meets: Monday - Friday at 9 p.m. in Holy Cross Catholic Church, 4810 Woolworth Ave, Omaha.
Activity: Fifteen Minutes of guided prayer and reflection, followed by either quiet prayer or fellowship.

Eucharistic Adoration
Meets: Mondays at 6762 Western Avenue from 7:15 am until 8:45 pm
Activity: The Apostolic Oblates of Pro Sanctity invite you to adore Jesus in the Eucharist in their home chapel. Park in the driveway, come on in, go downstairs to the chapel and pray as long as you like in front of Jesus exposed in the monstrance.

Meet: In the homes of group members. Most members are from St. Leo parish, but all young adults are welcome.
