Parish & School Study: Project Timeline

Project Timeline

The planning process will be guided by a Parish Steering Committee and a School Steering Committee. The Steering Committees will be established to provide guidance and leadership for the planning program at the local level. They will work with the consultants to study the current situation, receive input, lead consultation, and help refine the recommendations and pastoral plan. Each group will inform the other and there will be some common membership. Archdiocesan leaders will also be consulted at key points along the way.

The plan will go through several rounds of consultation and revision. Leaders from all participating parishes and schools will be invited to be part of each round.
