Mullen Award

Annually, at the OACCW Convention held in September, a member is honored with receiving the “Mrs. Arthur (Mary) Mullen Award.”  This award was established in 1962 to commemorate the many years of dedication and leadership that Mary Mullen, our founder gave to the Omaha Archdiocesan Council of Catholic Women.  The recipient of this award must exemplify the life and service of Mary Mullen.  She must be active in the Council, in her community, in her deanery, and throughout the Archdiocese giving of herself in the work of civic and educational groups and groups of other faiths.  For information on nominating a woman for this award, contact the Mullen Award Chairperson or the President of OACCW.

The application is due annually by August 1.
