New and Duplicate Identification Badges
All personnel located at the Sheehan Center are required to wear, in plain site, an identification badge while on campus.
All identification badges expire every 2 years on your birthday. Please contact security (when the word security is selected, it will allow the person to email security) to schedule an appointment for a new or duplicate identification badge.
Lost of Destroyed Badges
If an identification badge is lost or destroyed, the employee MUST report this to the security department IMMEDIATELY. The employee will be charged $15.00 for a non-proximity badge and $25.00 for a proximity badge accordingly.
