Building Access – Keys

Those persons who are permanently employed at a campus, will be issued an exterior door key to their building.  Any person who has a key which has not been issued to them, will have that key confiscated immediately.

 

Building Access – Card Readers

Selected exterior doors operate on a card reader system.  Those employees who require access to that area will be issued a RFID Identification Badge.

 

To operate the badge, simply place the badge within 2 inches of the card reader and the door will unlock.

 

Sheehan Center Curfew

Unauthorized employees are not allowed to be inside of a Sheehan Center building between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. 7 days a week.

 

Violators will be reported to their supervisor.  If an employee continues to violate the curfew, they may lose their building access keys and/or security access code.
