Note: Departmental Manager Approval Required - Classes may be offered several times a month, with most classes consisting of two half days (8:30 – noon or 1:00 – 4:30) each.
- Each class has a maximum capacity of 8 students, first come, first served.
- These classes are offered at no cost to the department.
- Classes may be canceled for less than 4 students.
Software Training
The Data Support Office offers computer software training classes to archdiocesan employees on an intermittent basis. These classes cover mostly Microsoft Office Products, (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook), with other classes offered from time-to-time and upon request.

If you need assistance completing a particular computer task, or just don’t understand something in the software, please call or email this office. We’ll talk you through it, demonstrate remotely, or if necessary, come right to your office.
